This joint venture project helped the co-founder of Grits @ Nite make the jump from private chef to food truck owner. HiDEFDOPE delivered on many touchpoints from full conceptualization to creative direction to web development, POS setup, and KDS integration with Square for Restaurants.

Policies

Project Requests

All HiDEFDOPE In-House Retainer Packages come with Unlimited Project Requests for the services listed under that package. Additional services that are not included in your retainer package can be purchased separately.While unlimited project requests can be submitted on retainer packages, projects are handled one at a time by a member of the HiDEFDOPE team within a standard turnaround time. Prioritization can change for projects that have not been started, however, projects that have already begun must be completed and received final approval before starting the next project.

Turnaround Times

Standard project turnaround times are as follows:48 -72 business hours
for small projects (like single graphics or troubleshooting)5-7 business days
for medium sized projects (like E-books or Single Plugin Installations)10-14 business days
for large or more complicated projects (like Landing Pages or Email Automation Series).If a certain project is needed by an earlier deadline, an additional RUSH service can be requested. Please note that RUSH services are not included any retainer packages and any projects that are requested with delivery faster than the standard turnaround time will incur Rush fees to be invoiced before the project begins. The Rush services available may vary according to the project scope and task size. For example, building out an entire Email Automation series would not have 24HR Rush service available.

Revisions

Revisions are not included in the quoted standard or Rush turnaround time and they may affect the delivery timeframe. While we will make every reasonable attempt to complete revisions as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee that they will meet the original delivery timeframe for the project.

Because we must have a documented submission time to track the status of all projects, we are unable to accept project requests via text or phone.Project Work Hours

The HiDEFDOPE team is available to work on client projects for up to 6 hours per work day. The remaining 2 hours of our work day is dedicated strictly to troubleshooting issues, creating reports, and maintaining our internal operations. While some rush projects may require our team to work outside of regular business hours, these are exceptions not to be interpreted as a standard practice.
